Exhibition Application

- "Exhibitor" means the organization/company or individual registering for the exhibition.

- "Conference" refers to the GYC Africa Conference 2026, to be held in Zambia.

- "Organizer" means GYC Africa.

 

- The Exhibitor shall comply with all venue regulations and respect other exhibitors and attendees.

- No harmful or illegal activities are permitted.

 

- The exhibition fee is non-refundable unless the Organizer cancels the conference.

- Payment is due upon submission of this application form.

 

- The Organizer reserves the right to assign exhibition space.

- Subletting or sharing space is prohibited without prior written approval.

 

- The Exhibitor grants permission for the Organizer to use provided marketing materials.

- The Organizer reserves the right to review and approve all materials.

 

- The Exhibitor is responsible for insurance coverage for their exhibit and personnel.

- The Organizer shall not be liable for damages or losses incurred by the Exhibitor.

 

- The Organizer reserves the prerogative to cancel or postpone the conference due to unforeseen circumstances.

- In such cases, refunds will be issued within 21 days upon a written application.

 

- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Zambia.

 

By signing below, the Exhibitor acknowledges reading, understanding, and accepting these Terms and Conditions.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Exhibitors will be notified of any changes, and such changes not being unreasonable.

 

The Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, and agents against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Exhibitor's actions or omissions.

 

The Exhibitor warrants that their exhibit and materials do not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
